【摘 要】 医院感染的控制与护理管理有着密不可分的联系，有效的护理管理能够大大下降医院感染，然后削减患者的痛苦，下降医院的治疗成本。这篇文章将从加强护理管理人员的教学、提高护理人员的技术以及建立健全医院的规章制度三个方面来阐述怎么通过有效的护理管理来削减感染的发生。
