【摘 要】 目的 探讨碘甘油治疗小儿口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取我院于2014年9月至2015年9月收治的小儿口腔溃疡患儿130例作为临床研究对象，根据治疗方式对患者进行分组：对照组65例，采用常规疗法；观察组65例，采用碘甘油进行治疗。比较两组患儿的疗效。结果 观察组患儿的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组，VAS评分明显低于对照组，结果对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 碘甘油治疗小儿口腔溃疡的临床效果良好，值得推广使用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment of oral ulcer in children of Iodine Glycerol. Methods In our hospital in September 2014 to 2015 years 9 months from oral ulcer in children with 130 cases as a clinical study， according to treatment of patients were divided into three groups： control group (65 cases).
