【摘 要】 目的 总结某二级甲等综合医院2013—2015年住院患者死亡原因，为医院管理和疾病防治提供依据。方法 运用医院病案管理系统对医院2013-2015年住院死因进行统计分析。结果 某医院三年总计死亡病例462例，住院患者死亡率为1.17%，男性病死率高于女性；按年龄段划分死亡率从50岁开始上升，80—89岁年龄组达到高峰；死因顺位中前五位分别为：恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒。其中死于前三种疾病的病例占全院住院患者死亡病例的78.3%。结论 恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病是该院住院患者的主要死亡原因。进一步提高医疗技术，针对性的开展防治工作，对于降低病死率有重要意义。
