术前彩超引导下经皮肾置管在经皮肾镜手术中的应用(1)
【摘 要】 目的 探讨术前彩超引导下经皮肾穿刺置管术在经皮肾镜碎石取石术(PCNL)治疗上尿路结石中的安全性及有效性。方法 回顾性分析164例上尿路结石患者的临床资料，164例均采用一期彩超引导下经皮肾置管，二期行经皮肾镜碎石取石术。结果：164例，全部一次性穿刺置管成功，成功率100%，一次取石123例，二次取石41例。結石清除率97.56%(160/164)，术中出血约60±21ml，手术时间95±35min。术后高热(≥39℃)3例。结论：术前彩超引导下经皮肾穿刺置管能提高经皮肾镜手术手术成功率、明显缩短麻醉和手术时间、减少术中出血和术后发热的发生率。
