连续性护理干预对2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为和血糖控制的影响
【摘 要】 通过探讨连续性护理干预对2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为和血糖控制的影响。得出结论：连续性护理干预有效地提高了2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力，明显改善其自我管理行为、糖代谢水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuses the influence of continuous nursing intervention on the self-management behavior and the glycemic control of Type 2 Diabetes Millitus. Then come to conclusion：Continuous nursing can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus， improve their self-management behavior， sugar metabolism.
