喹诺酮类抗菌药的不良反应与临床合理用药探讨(1)
【摘 要】 目的：探讨喹诺酮类抗菌药的不良反应及临床合理应用。方法：将我院135例2015年10月至2016年10月使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物治疗且出现不良反应的患者作为研究对象，对所有患者进行统计，分析、观察不良反应。结果：口服用药比例为31.85%，静脉给药68.15%，在不良反应方面，左氧氟沙星所占比例最高，达到38.52%，依諾沙星最低(5.19%)；神经系统比例为23.70%，消化系统24.44%，呼吸系统12.59%，变态反应所占比例最高，为39.26%。结论：在喹诺酮类抗菌药应用过程中，可能会出现神经、呼吸、消化系统等不良反应，临床应规范使用，予以监管措施，降低不良后果发生风险。
