优质护理服务在急诊科的应用效果观察
【摘 要】 目的：分析优质护理服务在急诊科的应用效果。方法：抽取我院急诊科于2014年5月-2015年10月期间收治的68例患者，根据入院治疗的先后顺序划分为观察组和对照组，护理模式则分别选择优质护理以及常规护理，分析护理应用效果。结果：观察组患者经护理后其护理满意度高于对照组，其护理差错事件以及投诉事件的发生率低于对照组，数据之间统计意义产生。结论：急诊科采用优质护理能够提升患者的护理满意度，降低护理差错事件的发生率。
