颉沙坦合并氨氯地平治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的效果分析

【摘要】目的：探讨颉沙坦合并氨氯地平治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法：选取本院收治的高血压并糖尿病患者93例，将患者随机分成颉沙坦组、氨氯地平组、颉沙坦/氨氯地平联合治疗组，每组31例。对三组患者给药前后的血压变化、降压效果进行对比分析。结果：三组患者在治疗8周后，收缩压和舒张压相比于治疗前均有明显的下降(P<0.01)；联合治疗组的收缩压和舒张压相比有氨氯地平组和颉沙坦组有明显下降(P<0.05)；联合治疗组患者的降压效果比颉沙坦组和氨氯地平组要更好(P<0.05)。结论：颉沙坦合并氨氯地平治疗高血压并糖尿病相比于单一用药有更好的治疗效果，而且没有明显的不良反应，值得在临床上推广。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of losartan treatment. Combined with amlodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes.
