脑出血采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的临床效果分析

【摘要】 分析脑出血采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的临床效果。方法：随机选取我院 2013 年1月1日到2014年1月1日收治的144例脑出血患者，按照数字随机表分为两组。治疗组71例采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗，对照组73例采用常规内科保守治疗，分析治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为94.4%，对照组总有效率为79.5%，两组间对比(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血疗效显著，可明显改善患者临床症状，并发症少，疼痛轻，值得临床推广。
