【摘要】 目的 对阿托伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果进行比较。方法 将196例患者随机的分为辛伐他汀组(92例)和阿托伐他汀组(104例)，辛伐他汀组患者的服用剂量为20mg/d，阿托伐他汀组患者的服用剂量为10mg/d，两组患者均采用口服的方式，8周为1疗程。结果 在经过8周的治疗之后，两组患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等下降的十分明显，差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀与阿托伐他汀都属于安全以及高效的降脂药物。

【Abstract】 Objective for atorvastatin and simvastatin in treating hyperlipidemia clinical results were compared.
