【摘要】 目的 对早期应用辛伐他汀治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的临床治疗效果进行探讨。方法 选取188例急性冠状动脉综合征患者作为研究对象，将这些患者随机的分为对照组以及观察组，针对对照组患者采用谷维素片进行治疗，采用辛伐他汀针对观察组患者进行治疗。对两组患者各项指标在治疗前后的变化情况进行比较。结果 在治疗之后两组患者的各项指标明显降低，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性冠状动脉综合征患者在早期对辛伐他汀药物进行服用可以明显改善血脂和炎症相关因子，并进一步的促进了不良反应的降低，对患者的预后康复十分有利。

【Abstract】 Objective simvastatin treatment for early clinical outcomes in acute coronary syndrome were discussed. Methods 188 cases of acute coronary syndrome patients as research subjects, these patients were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group, the control group treatment for patients with oryzanol, using simvastatin treatment for patients in the observation group. Indicators in the two groups of patients before and after treatment changes were compared.
