【摘要】 新生儿洗胃目的是清除在胎儿分娩过程中吞人被胎粪污染的羊水，感染的羊水，及含较多母血的羊水，以减少其刺激胃黏膜引起胃酸及黏膜分泌亢进所致的呕吐。临床上采取早期洗胃方法治疗，越早治疗效果越好。其方法简单，易掌握，我院儿科新生儿重症监护室成立1个多月以来，新生儿洗胃30余例，效果较好，没有一例发生并发症，现将护理体会做如下探讨。

    Abstract:Neonatal gastric lavage is designed to remove the fetal childbirth swallowed meconium stained amniotic fluid was, infection of amniotic fluid, amniotic fluid and contain more maternal blood, gastric acid and reduce the stimulation to mucous membrane of gastric mucosa caused by hypersecretion induced vomiting. The clinical use of early treatment, the sooner the better treatment. The method is simple, easy to master.Since the NICU in our department was founded in 1 each month, 30 cases of neonatal gastric lavage, effect is good, no complications occurred, will nurse now experience the following discussion.
