【摘要】目的：建立以核苷酸为原料保健食品中核苷酸含量测定的方法。方法：采用定磷法[1] [2]测定以核苷酸为保健食品原料的保健食品中核苷酸的含量测定。结果：核苷酸在2.5ug～15?g/ml范围内线性关系良好，r≥0.9995;回收率结果在98.6%-101.9%，RSD为1.29%(n=9);。结论：定磷法简单、灵敏、快速、准确，适用于以核苷酸为原料保健食品中核苷酸含量测定的方法。
