【摘要】本文以138例糖尿病患者为例，对糖尿病的社区护理进行了研究和探讨。笔者对糖尿病发生及影响康复的原因进行了分析，从生活干预、药物控制、健康教育、心理护理等几个方面对防止糖尿病发生的护理对策进行了探讨，总结了糖尿病社区护理工作方法和内容，得出了社区护理对提高糖尿病患者自我管控能力、谨遵医嘱、减少并发症、提高生命质量具有重要作用的结论。
