【摘要】目的 探讨老年人急性非结石性胆囊炎的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法 回顾分析21例老年急性非结石性胆囊炎患者临床资料。结果 20例手术治疗，其中胆囊切除18例，胆囊部分切除1例，胆囊造漏1列，胆囊切除加胆总管探查、T形管引流术1例;保守治疗1例。结论 老年人急性非结石性胆囊炎发病率有明显上升，胆囊易坏疽穿孔，病情凶险。早期(病程48h内)手术可降低并发症和病死率。
