【摘要】目的：分析研究预防疝气修补术后复发的临床体会。方法：选取2010年9月-2014年1月在我院进行疝气修补术的患者一共有125例，对125例患者采取疝环填充式无张力疝修补术，对125例患者的手术效果给予分析研究。结果：在125例患者当中，其中腹股沟斜疝一共有96例，占总体的76.8%；腹股沟直疝一共有29例，占总体的23.2%，临床手术以后没有1例患者出现复发。结论：在进行疝气修补术之前，一定要选择合适的材料以及临床医生要熟练掌握操作技术，进而可以有效预防疝气修补术后复发，促进患者早日康复。

    Abstract Objective： To analyze the clinical experiment of preventing hernia repair relapse. Methods： Choosed 125 cases hernia repair from Sep. 2010 to Jan. 2014 to receive hernia ring filling type without tension hernia repair. Study the operation effect of these 125 patients. Results： There was no one relapse. There were 96 cases oblique inguinal hernia (76.8%)， and 29 cases hernie inguinale directe(23.2%). Conclusion： Skillful technique and suitable is necessary for preventing hernia repair relapse.
