【摘要】目的：探讨老年危重患者肠内营养期腹泻预防与护理。方法：随机选取2013年5月～2014年5月在我院住院治疗的老年危重患者90例，实施肠内营养，通过序贯性肠内营养支持，采取预见性护理干预，降低患者腹泻发生率。结果：通过肠外营养支持，恢复患者肠道功能，恢复之后改为肠内营养；3例患者无法承受，均采用肠道外营养治疗，由于多器官功能衰竭而生命终止。结论：通过实施有效的预防与护理，有效降低了老年危重患者肠内营养期腹泻的发生。
