【摘要】目的 探讨临床护理路径应用于骨伤科的临床效果。方法 本次研究对象来源于我院骨伤科2015.1～2016.1收治的骨伤患者140例，依据护理模式分组，其中对照组(n=70)例采用常规护理，观察组(n=70)采用临床护理路径，比较两组护理效果。结果 对照组合格率为80.0%，低于观察组95.7%；对照组抑郁率为60.0%，高于观察组38.6%，对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 临床护理路径在骨伤科应用效果优良，值得推广。
