摘要：目的：探讨和分析苯海索联用抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果，为以后精神分裂症的合理用药提供参考。
方法：整理有关文献报道，并结合临床的实际情况，对苯海索联用抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症的应用情况进行归纳和总结。
结果：联用苯海索的原因依次为避免不良反应预防用药，如控制流涎情况、减少锥体外系反应。女性患者采取苯海索联用的情况多于男性。
结论：在对精神分裂症患者进行治疗时，应采取规范的联合用药，在不必要的情况下减少苯海索的联用，尽量减少不合理用药的出现。

Abstract：Objective：Analyze the effect of treating schizophrenosis with antipsychotics combined trihexyphenidyl to improve rational drug use.
Methods： Retrospectly analyzed the medications of in-hospital patients to statistics clozapine， sulpiride and olanzapine combined trihexyphenidyl.
Result：The reason of these three medicines combined trihexyphenidyl was to avoid adverse effects， such as controlling salivating， decreasing effects of extrapyramidal system. Female patients used trihexyphenidyl more than male patients.
Conclusion： Most of patients could not be treated with trihexyphenidyl， if necessary ......
