摘要：目的：探讨细节管理在医院消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果。
方法：选取我院消毒供应室29名护理人员作为研究对象，比较实施细节管理前后的相关临床指标及临床科室满意度。
结果：实施细节管理后，我院消毒供应室未发生风险事件，消毒合格率为100%，两项指标均显著优于实施前，临床科室满意度为99.2%，显著高于实施前的87.9%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：细节管理能够进一步降低消毒供应室的风险事件发生率，提高工作效率和临床科室满意度。

Abstract：Objective：To explore the application effect of detail management in nursing management of sterile supply room.
Methods：29 nurses of sterile supply room in our hospital were selected as the research object，compared the clinical index and clinical departments satisfaction before and after details management.
