摘要：目的：探讨多层螺旋CT对老年人肠梗阻的临床诊断应用价值。
方法：回顾分析我院收治的84例老年肠梗阻患者的腹部CT检查和X线检查的资料，并对两种方法的诊断准确性与手术病理进行比较，并对二者的诊断效果进行评价。
结果：多层螺旋CT在确定肠梗阻的发生部位和发病原因等方面显著优于X线，P<0.05，有统计学意义。
结论：多层螺旋CT在确定肠梗阻的发生部位、原因、程度等方面更加直观、准确，可为临床诊断提供可靠的依据，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective：To study the MDCT ileus clinical diagnosis application value for the elderly.
Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital，84 cases of elderly patients with intestinal obstruction，abdominal CT and X-ray data，and the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods compared with surgical pathology，and to evaluate the effect of diagnosis.
Result：The MDCT when determining the location and causes of intestinal obstruction significantly superior to X-ray，P < 0.05，with statistical significance.
