摘要：目的：分析核磁共振对子宫肌瘤的诊断方法和价值。方法：搜集2006年9月—2012年9月我院接收的子宫肌瘤49例患者。术前对患者进行核磁共振检查，并将检查结果与术后病理诊断对比。结果：49例患者的核磁共振结果显示，共有52个子宫肌瘤，其中31个普通未变性肌瘤，3个红色变，1个恶性变，1个囊性变，16个细胞性肌瘤。与术后病理诊断对比，误诊6个，准确率是88.46%，漏诊3个，检出率为94.55%。结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：核磁共振检查对子宫肌瘤的临床诊断具有极大价值，准确率较高，值得推广。
