摘要：根管治疗的目的是严密充填根管以消除根管死腔，评价其成败的关键因素是根管系统的三维严密充填，因而根管充填后存在的微渗漏是导致充填失败的重要原因。本文就不同根充材料及方法行桩道预备后冠方微渗漏的国内外研究现状做一综述。
