摘要：目的：探讨门脉高压症合并胆结石的术前及术后护理。方法：回顾性分析采取腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗门脉高压症合并胆结石的140例患者的护理经验，分为观察组和对照组各70例患者，对照组采取常规腹腔镜胆囊切除手术护理方法，观察组对患者的护理主体为术前护理与术后护理。结果：观察组患者的临床手术治疗效果明显好于对照组的临床手术治疗效果。结论：有效的术前、术后护理对患者的治疗与恢复有着关键性的作用。
