总之，炔雌醇环丙孕酮片和盐酸二甲双胍预处理3个周期后再用来曲唑片促排卵，可能使耐氯米芬性多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者的临床症状、性激素指标及胰岛素抵抗显著改善，从而提高促排卵率和妊娠率。
