摘要：目的：观察纤维支气管镜配合相应护理措施诊治嵌顿性支气管异物的疗效。

    方法：回顾性分析本院30例应用纤支镜诊治嵌顿性支气管异物患者的临床资料，并分析患者气道异物种类及气道的病理变化，同时配合适当的术前、术中及术后护理。

    结果：30例患者中，1次取出25例，分2次取出3例，择日再取2例。异物取出后，1例患者出现大咯血和严重并发症。

    结论：纤维支气管镜配合相应护理措施诊治嵌顿性支气管异物可显著提高疗效，减少并发症的发生，改善患者生存质量。
