摘要：探讨高血压患者采用优质护理干预的护理效果。通过对患者进行：①心理护理；②健康教育讲座；③合理搭配患者的饮食结构④指导患者进行适当合理的运动⑤坚持用药护理等干预式护理，有效的改善了患者的临床症状，控制了患者的病情发展，护理效果显著，值得推广。

    Nursing Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention for Patients with Hypertension

    Abstract：To discuss the nursing effect of high quality nursing intervention for patients with hypertension. Through measures of mental nursing， health education， proper diet structure， guidance of appropriate and reasonable exercise and continuous medication， we effectively improved clinical symptoms of patients and controlled progression of disease of patients. High quality nursing intervention has an obvious effect and is worth of being popularized.
