摘 要：许多医院在新建或扩建的过程中，普遍存在着忽视或不重视医院建筑设计中的医疗流程设计的现象，致使有些医院在医院建成之后，不得不重新去布置调整科室，影响医院整体医疗和经营活动。文章从医院建筑的特点出发，分析了医疗工艺流程设计中存在的问题和原因及应对方法，并通过案例阐述了医疗流程的重要性。

    Abstract: During the building or expansion process of many hospitals , there is a widespread phenomenon of neglecting or paying no attention to the medical hospital building process design, resulting in that they had to re-adjust to the layout of departments and affect the overall hospital's health care and operations after Some hospitals built。This paper analyzes the process design of medical problems and the causes and remedies, and explained the importance of medical procedures through case from the Characteristics of the hospital buildings.
