如果有可能,我们还可以从以下角度进行深入研究:在实验对象上,可探讨不同个性､不同教育程度､不同年龄､不同地域的证人,在得到不同反馈后,其受影响的差异程度;在实验情境上,可探讨真实案件中的证人与模拟实验中的证人在反应上的差异;在实验方法上,还可以进行组内研究,探讨同一证人在得到不同反馈的条件下,其自信心的变化等等｡
5 结论
在证人辨认时,辨认主持人的反馈对证人的记忆内容影响不大,但是会对证人信心带来一定程度的影响｡肯定反馈对证人的影响较小,否定反馈对证人的影响较大｡辨认正确和辨认错误的证人在接受反馈后,肯定反馈对其影响较小,否定反馈对其影响较大｡男性证人受到肯定反馈的影响较小,受到否定反馈的影响较大;女性证人受到肯定和否定反馈影响的程度相近｡普通证人受到肯定和否定反馈影响的程度相近;有专业背景的证人受到肯定反馈的影响较小,受到否定反馈的影响较大｡
建议在司法实践中,使用不知情者主持证人辨认｡
