研究结果进一步提示,SAH患者血浆PKC与神经细胞损伤定量生化标志物-NSE的改变明显相关。NSE作为神经元损害的定量生化标志物已为多数研究者认定,作为评价脑损伤的生化标志物,在昏迷、脑外伤、癫痫、脑血管病等病症中显示出重要的临床价值【sup】[13]【/sup】。研究显示SAH患者血浆PKC与NSE有明显相似的变化规律,并且与脑血流速度密切相关,说明在PKC升高和脑血管痉挛的过程中,伴随神经元损伤的增加,显示出PKC在SAH病理演变过程中重要的临床价值,提示PKC可能作为SAH急性期脑损害的生化指标应用于临床。
