摘要：目的 观察中西医结合辨证分型治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床疗效。方法 急性缺血性脑卒中患者80例，随机分成治疗组(50例)与对照组(30例)。对照组除遵循一般治疗原则外，给予奥扎格雷钠针剂、丹参注射液和阿司匹林等常规治疗。治疗组在对照组常规治疗方法基础上，结合中医辨证进行分型，气虚血瘀型加黄芪注射液；痰热风扰型加痰热清注射液；内闭外脱型，闭证加醒脑静，脱证加参附或参麦注射液。治疗10 d后观察两组疗效和C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。结果 经治疗10 d后，治疗组总有效率92%，优于对照组的70%(P<0.05)，治疗组CRP下降至(16.76±8.83) mg/L，明显低于对照组的(23.28±10.45) mg/L(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合辨证分型方法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中有较好的治疗效果。

Clinical Observation on Acute Ischemic Stroke Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Integrative Medicine

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acute ischemic stroke treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation and integrative medicine.Methods Eighty patients with acute ischemic stroke were divides randomly into control group (n=30) treated with conventional medicine,and treatment group(n=50) treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and integrative medicine for 10 days.Patients in treatment group was divided into three subgroups according to TCM syndrome differentiation.On the basis of the treatment,patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in treatment group were treated by Huangqi injection,and those with internal disturbance of phlegm heat syndrome were treated by Tanreqing injection.Those with blockage syndrome and protration syndrome in treatment group were treated by Xingnaojing injection，Shenfu injection or Shenmai injection.The clinical therapeutic efficacy and the levels of serum C-reactive protein were observed.Results After treatment,the clinical therapeutic efficacy in treatment group were obviously superior to that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum C-reactive protein in treatment group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05 ).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation and integrative medicine had a better therapeutic efficacy for treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
