    摘要 射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)病人再住院率和病死率较高，但现代医学改善HFpEF预后的手段有限。中医药治疗HFpEF具有多靶点、多途径的优势，相较于现代医学标准治疗，联合中医药治疗HFpEF可进一步缓解病人症状，改善心功能和预后。综述中医药干预HFpEF的相关研究，以期明确中医药治疗HFpEF的远期疗效。

    Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction

    Abstract The patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF) showed high rates of rehospitalization and death，but? limited means were used to improve the prognosis of HFpEF.Traditional Chinese medicine treating HFpEF showed the advantages of multi-targets and multi-pathways，while compared with the standard treatment of modern medicine，the combination of traditional Chinese medicine of HFpEF could further alleviate patients′ symptoms，improve cardiac function，and improve prognosis.The relevant studies on the intervention of HFpEF with traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed to clarify the long-term curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine. ......
