【摘 要】 男性不育是男科临床中的一种常见病症。到目前为止，无论中医还是西医对其病因及发病机制尚未完全明了，在治疗上有许多问题还没有统一认识。本文从宏观与微观，病史与病症，辨病与辨证，中药与西药，男方与女方，预防与调护的六个结合来探讨男性不育的辨治思路。

    【Abstract】 Objectives: Male infertility is a common disease in clinics. There remains no clear explanation to its etiology and development mechanism in both western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. No agreement has been reached regarding some issues in its treatment. This paper discusses about male infertility microscopically and macroscopically by integrating the following pairs of factors together, including patient’s history and symptoms, differential diagnosis and treatment, traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, factors from wife and husband, and its prevention and treatment. ......
