【摘 要】 目的:探讨新的应用于包皮环切手术的麻醉方法及效果。方法:门诊包皮环切术178例,分A、B两组,随机选择麻醉方法行神经阻滞麻醉,观察麻醉及手术治疗效果,其中A组88例,接受无针麻醉;B组90例,接受传统阻滞麻醉。结果:术后对照观察,在视觉模拟疼痛评分、麻醉剂量、起效时间、手术切口的愈合等方面A组均优于B组,统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:无针麻醉下行包皮环切术具有麻醉药用量小、痛苦少、起效快、真正无痛、使用方便等优点,值得临床推广。

    Circumcision with Needle-free Jet Anaesthesia: a report of 88 cases

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate on the therapeutic effect of a new anaesthetic method of circumcision. Methods: One hundred seventy-eight patients of circumcision who need DPNB(dorsal of penis nerve blocked) anaesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was administered with Needle-free Jet anaesthesia, while group B received traditional DPNB. Results: Group A showed significant better effects than Group B in visual analogue scale (VAS), Anaesthetic Volume, the time of take effect, and operative incision healing. Conclusions: Circumcision with needle-free jet anaesthesia requires less anaesthetic volume, produces less pain, takes quicker effects, and proves to be very convenient in clinical use. ......
