【摘 要】 通过对186例之前已经县级以上医院或泌尿、男科、生殖等专科医院的医师诊治过的男性不育症患者认真检查后,发现有85例在男性生殖器检查[1]方面存在不同程度的误差(45.70%),其中竟有26例根本未做生殖器检查就给予治疗。这个问题值得我们深思,必须引起足够的重视,要使一些男科医师特别是青年医师们懂得男性生殖器检查的重要性,以免发生误诊误治。

    Importance of reproductive organ examination for infertility patients

    【Abstract】Our outpatient clinic has made careful examination on 186 male infertility patients receiving diagnosis and treatment in other urology, andrology and reproduction specialty hospitals, and found 85 cases (45.7%) having certain misdiagnosis in their reproductive organ examination. Among them, 26 patients received treatment even without getting any reproductive organ examination, which should claim our attention and reflection.
