【摘 要】 目的:观察不育患者精索静脉曲张手术前后精液质量的变化,探讨手术的价值。方法:按WHO标准常规分析110例不育伴精索静脉曲张患者手术前后的精液质量。结果:110例精索静脉曲张患者术后精子密度、(A+B)级精子比率、有效精子数 、精子活动率、活动精子数、精子低渗肿胀比率、正常形态精子比率较术前明显提高,两组差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。 结论:精索静脉曲张手术能改善精液的质量。

    Semen quality changes before and after varicoceletomy in infertile patients

    【Abstract】 Objectives:To evaluate the changes of semen quality before and after varicoceletomy in infertile patients. Methods: A comparison of their semen parameters before and after varicoceletomy was made in the 110 infertile patients in accordance with varicocele analysis standard described in the WHO manual. Results: A significant increase was found in semen sperm density, (A+B)grade sperm percentage, number of efective sperm, activity ratio, number of motile sperm, sperm hypotension swell percentage and normal sperm morphology percentage after varicoceletomy.The significant difference was observed (P<0.05). Conclusion: The varicoceletomy can improve the quality of the sperm in the patients with varicocele. ......
