【摘 要】 目的:探讨活跃早期人工破膜对分娩的临床效果。方法:40例在活跃早期(宫口开大3cm)行人工破膜者作为观察组,另40例作为对照组在进入活跃期不采取医疗干预措施,等待自然破膜。结果:观察组的羊水性状、活跃期所需时间、分娩方式、新生儿评分均优于对照组。结论:具有阴道分娩条件在活跃早期人工破膜可降低分娩期母婴并发症。
