【摘 要】 目的:观察湿热消外敷热导入疗法对慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法：将213例慢性前列腺炎患者分型后随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以湿热消外敷热导入疗法治疗，对照组予以前列安栓，两组均以30天为1疗程。结果：1疗程后，治疗组与对照组比较，在总体疗效方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05，P<0.01)，治疗组疗效优于对照组；在NIH-CPSI和中医证候学评分方面比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05，P<0.01)，治疗组优于对照组。结论：湿热消外敷热导入疗法对慢性前列腺炎有较好的作用。

    Treatment on chronic prostatitis with external application of herbal medicine

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the effect of external application of herbal medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods: Two hundred and thirteen patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into treatment and control group. Treatment group was administered with external application of herbal medicine, while the control group was treated with Qianlieanshuan. The treatment lasts for one period of 30 days. Results: After one treatment period, the treatment group showed significantly better results than the control group in overall therapeutic efficacy, NIH-CPSI scoring and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scoring. Conclusion: External application of herbal medicine has satisfactory treatment effects on chronic prostatitis. ......
