【摘 要】 目的:探讨心理干预对人工流产手术患者的影响。方法:对200例人工流产手术的患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组100例。干预组根据制定的心理干预模式实施心理干预;对照组采用传统的护理方法，评估并比较两组患者的心理状态。结果:在人工流产手术过程中，干预组心理指标变化程度均低于对照组，干预组患者焦虑等负性情绪及手术配合程度明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论:心理干预可以缓解患者的负性情绪，减少人工流产综合征的发生，提高手术的配合程度，提高护理质量的满意度，值得临床推广。

    Psychological intervention on patients with induced abortion

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the effect of psychological intervention on patients with induced abortion. Methods: Two hundred patients with induced abortion were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients in treatment group were given psychological intervention in addition to regular care, while the patients in the control were only given regular care.Psychological state of the two groups were then evaluated and compared. Results: In the process of induced abortion operation, patients in the intervention group have lower variation in their psychological index as compared with the control group. The negative feeling and operation performance of the intervention group are also better than the control. The difference was significant. Conclusion: Psychological care can greatly relieve the negative feeling of the patients, reduce he occurrence of abortion complications and enhance the nursing quality. ......
