【摘 要】 目的:观察3种宫内节育器临床应用效果， 分析比较计划生育系统常用的几种IUD的脱落、因症取出及带器妊娠，评价其临床效果及适宜人群。方法：收集来我所进行健康体检的620例放置IUD育龄妇女，随机分成三组：活性yIUD 190例、元宫型IUD环200例，TCuC三球型172例，统一使用迈瑞9000 plus 超声诊断仪，探头频率3.5mHZ，专门B超医生检查。结果：3种不同IUD带器有效均值比较P>0.05,无显著性差异，带器有效与无效均值比较P<0.01，有显著性差异。元宫型IUD易被育龄群众接受。

    A comparison of efficiency of three types of intrauterine device

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the efficiency of three types of intrauterine device(IUD) and to evaluate the indicated population of different IUD types. Methods: A total of 620 women with IUD placement who came to our center for physical examination were randomly divided into three groups, with 190 cases of active IUD, 200 cases of yuan-gong IUD and 172 cases of CuC IUD. The unified sonogram of Mairy 9000 with 3.5 mHZ frequency were operated by expert doctors to examine the efficiency of three types of IUD. Results: The three types of IUD didn’t show significant differences in their efficiency (P>0.05), but there is significant difference (P<0.01) in birth control for IUD groups and non-IUD groups. Yuan-gong IUD is more acceptable to the majority of women. ......
