【摘 要】 卵巢巧克力囊肿的发病率近年有明显增高趋势，是目前常见的妇科疾病之一。估计3%-10%生育年龄妇女患有此病。在不孕患者中，25~35%有内异症存在〔1〕。多见于育龄妇女，复发率较高，多次手术对女性身心都有一定的影响。使用达菲林治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿35例进行临床分析。总结出结论：达菲林治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿是极其优越性的治疗方法。

    Effect of Da Feilin on treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts

    【Abstract】The incidence of ovarian chocolate cysts increased significantly in recent years. It has become a common gynecological diseases. About 3% -10% of women of reproductive age suffer from the disease. Among infertile patients, there are 25%-35% cases diagnosed with endometriosis. The disease is more common in women of childbearing age, with a higher recurrence rate. Multiple surgeries for women have certain physical and psychological effects. Clinical analysis on 35 cases of ovarian chocolate cysts treated with Dafei Lin showed Da Feilin is extremely superior method in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts. ......
