【摘 要】 目的:探讨宫内节育器异位的处理与预防。方法：总结宫内节育器异位的原因，根据患者实际情况进行处理，提出预防措施。结果：两例患者成功取出节育器。结论：对宫内节育器异位要做好预防工作。

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore on the treatment and prevention of ectopic intrauterine device(IUD). Methods: The causes for ectopic IUD were analyzed to provide proper treatment and prevention measures in accordance with patients’ individual situation. Results: IUD has been successfully removed from the two patients. Conclusion: Proper prevention measures have to be taken against the ocuurence of ectopic IUD.
