静点头孢曲松钠与口服阿奇霉素分散片治疗男性淋菌性尿道炎100例症状疗效比较
【摘 要】 目的:观察静点头孢曲松钠与口服阿奇霉素分散片治疗淋菌性尿道炎的症状疗效对比。方法：将100例男性急性淋菌性尿道炎病人随机分为静脉给药组50例和口服给药组50例，分别给予头孢曲松钠静点和阿奇霉素分散片口服，观察两组症状疗效。结果：口服给药组症状减轻及消失时间明显比静脉给药组缩短。结论：口服阿奇霉素分散片治疗男性淋菌性尿道炎，用药1天相当于静点头孢曲松钠3天的疗效。口服阿奇霉素分散片既方便经济，又易被患者接受。【关键词】 头孢曲松； 阿奇霉素； 治疗； 尿道炎

【Abstract】 Objectives: To compare the therapeutic effect on 100 male patients with gonorrheal urethritis betweem intravenous ceflriarone sodium and oral administration of azithromycin tablets. Methods: One hundred male patients with gonorrheal urethritis were divided into two groups. One group was treated with intravenous ceflriarone sodium, and the other was treated with azithromycin dispersible tablets. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The group treated with azithromycin dispersible tablets revealed shorter time in reducing and curing the symptoms than the group treated with intravenous ceflriarone sodium. Conclusion: A day’s dosage of azithromycin dispersible tablets for male patients with gonorrheal urethritis have the same effect as the three-day dosage of intravenous ceflriarone sodium. Therefore, the azithromycin dispersible tablets are more convenient and economical for treating gonorrheal urethritis patients. ......
