【摘 要】 目的:普及性科学知识，提高医学生性健康水平，了解医学生性健康教育的需求并实施干预，对干预效果进行评估，为大学生性健康教育献计献策，提高大学生性健康教育水平。使学生具有科学的性知识、正确的性观念、高尚的性道德和健康的性行为。方法:按照专业分层整群抽样调查。对学生实施性健康教育干预，采用自行设计性健康教育问卷前后测查。结果:大学生性健康教育前后性医学知识水平统计学上有差异，对婚前性行为态度方面的变化并不明显。结论:性健康教育的干预方法有成效。

    Effectiveness of sexual health education for medical students

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To popularize sex knowledge and promote sexual health of college students. Sexual health education needs were understood and the corresponding intervention measures were taken to provide guidance for college students’ correct sex conception and proper sexual behaviors. Methods： Major-based stratified and cluster sampling and self-designed questionnaire were applied to investigate medical students’ sex knowledge before and after sexual health education intervention. Results: There is statistically significant difference in students’ sex knowledge level before and after the sex education, but no significant difference were found in their attitudes toward premarital sexual behaviors.
