【摘 要】 目的:总结作者辨证论治淋病的经验。方法：以医案形式阐述淋病的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果：淋病病因病机为房室不洁，触染邪毒，湿热淋毒聚结下窍，膀胱气化不利，清浊不分形成湿热毒蕴证；肝郁气滞，触染淋毒或湿热淋毒久蕴下焦，影响气血运行，败血浊瘀壅阻尿路精道形成气滞血瘀证；失治误治，久治不愈，余毒不解，耗气伤津，肝肾阴虚形成正虚毒恋证。治法：解毒化浊，清热利湿，行气活血，滋阴降火。结论：辨证论治淋病疗效显著。

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To summarize the experience of the consultant Physician, Zhou Baokuan, in the treatment of gonorrhea based on syndrome differentiation. Methods： The etiology, pathogenesis, types, therapeutic methods and prescriptions of gonorrhea were described in the form of case reports. Results: The etiology and pathogenesis of gonorrhea is the toxin entering into body during the insanitary sexual intercourse. The damp heat and stranguria toxin accumulate in the lower orifices, leading to dysfunction of bladder qi transformation, failing to separating the clear from the turbid, and resulting in the syndrome of accumulation of damp heat toxin. In addition, depressed liver qi, combined with the infection of stranguria toxin, or prolonged accumulation of damp heat toxin in lower energizer disturbs the movement of qi and blood, and then the m alignant blood and stagnant blood block the urinary or spermatic tract, resulting in the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis. The disease might also be caused by improper treatment, false treatment or long-term treatment which fails to cure the diseases and the unrelieved residual toxin consumes qi and body fluid, leading to yin deficiency of liver and kidney, resulting in the syndrome of deficiency of the vital with lingering of the toxin. The disease can be treated by relieving toxin and dismissing the turbid, clearing heat and relieving dampness, regulating qi movement and blood circulation, and nourishing yin to clear away fire. Conclusion: The treatment of gonorrhea based on syndrome differentiation is effective. ......
