【摘要】目的：观察超声造影和彩超在睾丸扭转中的应用价值。方法：选取来我院接受治疗的疑似睾丸扭转20例患者，分别用超声造影和彩超对其进行诊断，并与术后病理结果进行对比。结果：彩色多普勒超声诊断睾丸扭转的最终诊断的灵敏度为100%，准确率为90%；超声造影诊断睾丸扭转的最终诊断的灵敏度为100%，准确率也为100%。结论：超声造影相对于彩超诊断睾丸扭转的准确率更高。
