【摘要】目的：探讨分析男性性功能症状评分联合游离睾酮水平诊断迟发性性腺功能减退症患者的有效性和可行性。方法：选择对象为2010年3月至2014年3月期间来我院体检的100例中老年人，对其进行自制男性性功能症状评分问卷、中老年男子雄激素缺乏问卷、老年男子症状问卷，同时检测血清中游离睾酮水平，观察分析男性性功能症状评分与游离睾酮水平诊断迟发性性腺功能减退症的临床效果。结果：男性性功能症状评分问卷筛选LOH的阳性率为280%；中老年男子雄激素缺乏问卷筛选LOH的阳性率为730%；老年男子症状问卷筛选LOH阳性率为610%；游离睾酮水平在阳性人群和阴性人群存在显著性差异(P<005)。结论：男性性功能症状评分联合游离睾酮水平能够更准确地预测诊断迟发性性腺功能减退症，是一种值得在临床上推广的诊断方法。
