【摘要】目的：探讨高同型半胱氨酸(HHcy)是否为高血压患者同时患有勃起功能障碍(ED)的原因。方法：入选120例高血压III级中青年男性患者，测定不同程度高血压患者的勃起功能障碍发病率，分别测定血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度，进行IIEF-5评分，并且比较二者的相关性。结果：随着血清Hcy平均水平升高，患者平均血压水平越高，ED的发病率越高，平均IIEF-5评分越低。结论：高血压患者同时患有勃起功能障碍的原因与血清中Hcy水平升高有一定关系。
