【摘要】目的：观察产后康复治疗仪及催乳汤对产后催乳的效果及护理?方法： 随机选择50名产妇为实验组，在产妇产后第一天开始用康复治疗仪Ⅰ进行催乳治疗，每天1次，每次20分钟；催乳汤为当归10克?通草10克?沙骨半斤煲汤?每天一次，连服三天?另随机选择50例为对照组按常规进行哺乳?结果： 试验组较对照组乳汁分泌量增加?结论：产后催乳治疗能促进乳汁分泌?
