重组人血小板生成素的药理作用

    【摘要】重组人血小板生成素是高特异性的血小板刺激因子，直接作用于骨髓造血干细胞，调控血小板生成的各个阶段，特异性升高血小板。适用于实体瘤化疗后所致的血小板减少症，适用对象为血小板低于50×10⁹·L^-1且有必要升高血小板的患者。现对其药理作用、药动学等作具体论述。
